We received our audit license and began trading on the 2nd of January 2023 since then we are have signed up over 120 new clients and we are just getting started. We have been helping our clients navigate through the changing landscape and helped them better understand the tax structure here. Supporting Individuals and businesses with their accounts, tax and auditing whilst eliminating the hassle associated with it. We pride ourselves on saving our clients exceptional sums of money and overall just making their lives easier. In many instances our clients were unaware that they're annual financial statements were overdue, so we brought them up to date just in time for the introduction of Corporation Tax on the 1st of June. We have also assisted new clients with their company formation too for the ever growing start up market here in the UAE. Imran Zamir Sheikh boasts over three decades of experience in the audit, corporate finance, and business advisory fields, with the focus on the Middle East and Pakistan. He began his career at Ernst & Young in 1998 and earned his chartered accountant qualification in 1996. Imran’s expertise includes joint venture formation, mergers and acquisitions, project management, integrated management system implementation, budgeting, accounting and more.
Throughout his career, Imran has worked with businesses of all sizes across a range of industries, including oil and gas, textiles, construction, and trading. He has also conducted valuation assignments for the Privatization Commission of Pakistan and contributed to World Bank assignments related to the transport and power sectors. Imran’s broad expertise and diverse experience make him a valuable asset to any organization seeking strategic business advice and financial insights.
